Optional Tenancy Agreement Renewal:
£60 will be payable on the occasion of each six month fixed term agreement. £90 for a twelve month fix term agreement. You are not required to renew tenancy agreements – after the fixed term the current agreement will remain on a periodic tenancy until either party gives required notice.
Optional Tenancy Agreement, Rent & Legal Insurance:
£180 will be payable on the occasion of upgrading from full manage to fully manage + six month fixed term agreement including Insurance.
£150 will be payable on the occasion of each six month fixed term agreement including Insurance.
£235 for a twelve month fix term agreement including Insurance.
Serving of Housing Act Notices:
£70.00 inclusive of VAT (such as Section 21 notices) – free if Fully Managed+.
£80.00 per hour inclusive of VAT.
