– Full Time Property Consultant –

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a desire to help people buy and let properties. The hours will be 38 per week. The successful applicant will be articulate, confident and possess an excellent telephone manner in addition to having highly developed interpersonal skills. Minimum one year experience in estate agency is required. Owning a car is essential for this role and knowledge of the local Newton Aycliffe area.

Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Registering client’s requirements
  • Assisting in the search for suitable properties
  • Arranging viewings
  • Maybe required to visit properties with potential sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants
  • Obtaining information from viewings for client feedback
  • Progressing your sales
  • Office administration
  • Any other duties required by management

Required experience:

  • Minimum : 1 year
  • Excellent knowledge of the Newton Aycliffe area.
